Trust & Compliance
CleverPak operates in some of the most regulated environments in the world.
Correctional facilities. Disability enterprises. Government-contracted sites. Therapeutic goods manufacturing. Dangerous goods handling. Food-grade processing. Defence-grade security zones.
Each of these environments carries its own regulatory framework. CleverPak is required to comply with all of them — simultaneously, across every jurisdiction in which we operate.
Regulatory Framework
CleverPak is not a company that chose to adopt a handful of certifications. CleverPak is a company that cannot operate without maintaining compliance across dozens of regulatory frameworks spanning workforce governance, human rights, government security, quality management, data protection, environmental law, and transport regulation.
This is a direct consequence of where we operate and who we employ. Our facilities sit inside correctional institutions, within disability enterprises, alongside government agencies, and across borders. Our workforce includes veterans, refugees, people with disabilities, and individuals in rehabilitation. Our clients span healthcare, cosmetics, food, defence, and government.
Compliance is not a department at CleverPak. It is the operating environment.
Workforce & Human Rights
Because our workforce includes people with disabilities, veterans, refugees, and individuals in correctional rehabilitation programs, CleverPak is subject to workforce regulations that most supply chain companies never encounter. Every facility, every shift, every worker is governed by frameworks designed to protect the most vulnerable members of the workforce.
Government & Security
CleverPak holds sovereign access permits across multiple jurisdictions. Our personnel undergo tiered security clearances. Our facilities maintain controlled access zones. These are not optional standards — they are conditions of our operating licences.
Quality & Manufacturing
CleverPak is required to hold and maintain quality certifications across healthcare, food, cosmetics, and defence-grade manufacturing. These certifications are audited, renewed, and enforced at the facility level.
Information Security & Data Protection
CleverPak must protect government data, workforce personal information, and client intellectual property across every system and jurisdiction. Our platform is subject to data protection laws in every country in which we operate.
Environmental & ESG
CleverPak is required to report on environmental impact across its network. Every facility must comply with waste handling, diversion, and sustainability obligations mandated by local and national regulations.
Transport & Logistics
CleverPak must maintain unbroken chain of custody documentation and comply with dangerous goods transport regulations across road, sea, and air.
In Summary
Across its network, CleverPak maintains compliance with modern slavery legislation, international labour standards, correctional authority permits, sovereign access agreements, security clearances, ISO quality certifications, therapeutic goods regulations, dangerous goods licensing, food safety standards, good manufacturing practice, data protection laws, privacy legislation, environmental permits, waste diversion obligations, ESG reporting requirements, chain of custody documentation, anti-discrimination law, workers' compensation obligations, and government procurement frameworks — in every jurisdiction in which we operate.
Specific certifications and credentials are held at the facility level and are available to qualified parties upon formal request.
