Which e-commerce platforms do you integrate with?
We integrate with Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce, and major marketplace channels including Amazon, eBay, and Catch. Custom API integrations are available for enterprise platforms.
How do you handle returns?
Returns are received at the fulfillment facility, inspected against your return policy, and either restocked, set aside for rework, or disposed of per your instructions. Return data flows back through CleverPak Connect.
What are your dispatch timeframes?
Standard orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receipt. Same-day dispatch is available for orders received before the facility's cut-off time, typically 12pm–2pm local time.
Can you fulfill for multiple countries from one location?
Yes. Our Singapore and Australian facilities regularly fulfill international orders. We handle customs documentation, packaging requirements, and carrier selection for cross-border shipments.
